- Friends Donation To Support Library Programs in 2026-27!This summer, the Friends of the Belmont Library (pictured: Treasurer Emily Sarver and President Pat Barkett) were thrilled to present Belmont Library Manager Chris Lu with a $30,000 donation for 2026-2027 library programs. The donation will support Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, the Bookmobile, and other library outreach and programming.
